California’s Tony Romo lineup has two remaining Sunday morning starters, three in the afternoon and Waddle on Monday, according to the Sep. 12, 11:30 a.m. PT update. That sequence makes planning more complicated than sorting nine projections from highest to lowest. An alternative is only useful if the relevant lineup slots remain available.
Full PPR adds one point for each catch, giving involvement a direct path into the score. But a projected reception total still depends on availability and an actual role. A receiver scheduled late cannot be replaced casually with somebody whose game has already locked. Keeping a usable option matters more than admiring an unavailable one.
The same discipline applies when reading rival results. Jerky Jones led The Bower Rangers 21–0 in the saved update, while Gone in 60 Saquons led The Hawk’s Nest 26.40–0 despite trailing the projected finish. Those opening totals have different implications because the remaining opportunities differ, not because one team’s early points are somehow less real.
California should combine three questions before the next decision: who is available, what opportunity is plausible, and when does the alternative lock? Then evaluate the completed week on actual production. The saved 112.44–104.98 projected finish against Tush Push Nation offers a useful benchmark, while the games themselves still have to supply the answer.
