California led Tush Push Nation 21.82–14.40 as of Sep. 12, 11:30 a.m. PT, a 7.42-point margin. The projected finish favored California 112.44–104.98, a 7.46-point edge. Both teams had six starters remaining. That is a favorable position for the Stoners, but a close projected game rather than a result.
The remaining schedules give the matchup a clear sequence. California’s David Montgomery and Jaylen Warren were scheduled for Sunday at 10 a.m.; Justin Jefferson, De’Von Achane and Trey McBride for 1:25 p.m. Jaylen Waddle was scheduled for Monday at 5:15 p.m., making him California’s final opportunity.
Tush Push’s remaining lineup was scheduled entirely for Sunday. Bijan Robinson, D’Andre Swift and Evan McPherson occupied the early window, followed by Jalen Hurts, DeVonta Smith and Tucker Kraft.
