It is also the kind of start that can look bigger than it is in full PPR. Twenty-one points from kicker and defense are banked and valuable, but they do not carry the same weekly stability as volume at quarterback, running back, wide receiver and tight end. If The Bower Rangers have not scored yet, that alone is not failure; it is simply the timing of the board.
What Jerky Jones has done is force the opponent to answer from the premium positions while preserving the projection advantage. That is a nice way to open.
